Joshua Griffin
Josh has more than 12 years of private equity and finance experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as a Principal in 2026.
Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Josh was a Principal at Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare services focused private equity firm. Before Webster, he worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Greenhill & Co. and Cain Brothers and began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Education
Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
