Alicia has more than 15 years of private equity and finance experience. She joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as a Principal in 2024.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Alicia was an investment professional at Audax Private Equity where she focused on investments across a range of industries. Before Audax, she worked as an investment professional at Webster Equity Partners and LaSalle Capital Group. Alicia previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Consumer and Retail investment banking division.

David has more than 30 years of experience investing in and working with lower middle market companies at RS2 Healthcare Partners, where he has been a General Partner since 1992. 

David is Chair of the Advisory Board of America Forward. He formerly served on the National Advisory Board for Public Service at Harvard College, the Board of Advisors of the Tisch College for Civic Life at Tufts University, and as a member of the Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors.

Jamie has more than three years of investment banking experience. She joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Associate in 2026.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Jamie was an Analyst at TD Cowen in the industrials investment banking group.

Erica joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Executive Assistant in 2002.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Erica was Office Manager at Redleaf Group, an early stage venture capital firm, and Portfolio Assistant at Triumph Capital Group, a private equity firm. Erica previously worked as an Executive Assistant at Colonial Management Associates.

Patrick has more than 15 years of private equity and finance experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as a Vice President in 2016.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Patrick was an investment professional at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a healthcare services focused private equity firm, and Flexpoint Ford, a healthcare and financial services focused private equity firm. Patrick previously worked at Bank of America in the healthcare investment banking group.

Josh has more than 12 years of private equity and finance experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as a Principal in 2026.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Josh was a Principal at Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare services focused private equity firm. Before Webster, he worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Greenhill & Co. and Cain Brothers and began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Brian has more than 25 years of experience working with and investing in lower middle market companies at RS2 Healthcare Partners, where he became a General Partner in 1992.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Brian worked at Monitor Group, a business strategy consulting firm. He also served as a director of the Boston chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Pierce has more than three years of private equity and finance experience. He joined  RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Associate in 2025.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Pierce was both an Associate and an Analyst at AGC Partners, an investment bank focused on software and tech-enabled services businesses.

Mike has more than 30 years of private equity and operations experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Operating Partner in 2012.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Mike served as CEO of Claros Diagnostics, a point-of-care in-vitro diagnostic firm, which was honored as one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World for 2011 by MIT Technology Review, and acquired by OPKO Health. Prior to Claros, he served as CEO of RMH, a leading orthopedic products company, and as CEO of both HemaMetrics and UroSurge. Mike previously held senior positions with Haemonetics and Delta Surprenant, and completed an assignment with the U.S. Army Research Command.

In addition to serving on the Board of Overseers for Boston Museum of Science, Advisory Boards for Boston Children’s Hospital, Lahey Clinic and Medical Development Group-Boston, Mike has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Iowa and consulted with several medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

Andrew has more than ten years of private equity and finance experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Associate in 2019.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Andrew was an Associate and Analyst at Barclays in the healthcare investment banking group.

Craig has more than 25 years of private equity, finance, and operations experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as a Vice President in 2012.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Craig was Vice President, Corporate Development at Nextag, Inc., a technology and e-commerce company. Before Nextag, he was a Vice President at Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on technology and media. Prior to Providence Equity, Craig was an investment professional at General Atlantic Partners, a growth equity firm focused on software, technology-enabled services, and digital media. He previously worked at Morgan Stanley in the telecommunications investment banking group.

Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as CFO in 2006.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Kevin was a Senior Controller at Thomas H. Lee Partners, a Boston based private equity firm. Prior to this, he was the Director of Finance for Exa Corporation, a company which develops and markets fluid flow simulation software. Kevin began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s audit practice.

Sam has more than four years of private equity and finance experience. He joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Associate in 2025.

Prior to joining RS2 Healthcare Partners, Sam was both an Associate and an Analyst at AGC Partners, an investment bank focused on software and tech-enabled services businesses.

Meg joined RS2 Healthcare Partners as an Executive Assistant in 2021.

Prior to RS2 Healthcare Partners, Meg was a personal assistant/household manager in Wellesley, MA. Meg previously worked as a manager of private households in California, Hawaii, Maryland, New York and the Cayman Islands.
