RS2 Healthcare Partners Expands Team with the Hiring of Joshua Griffin

Boston, MA, September 29, 2026 – RS2 Healthcare Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market healthcare companies, is pleased to announce that Joshua Griffin recently joined its investment team as a Principal.

Mr. Griffin brings over 12 years of private equity and investment banking experience to RS2 Healthcare. Most recently, he served as a Principal at Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare services focused private equity firm, where he led investments across multiple healthcare subsectors. Previously, Josh worked in healthcare investment banking at Greenhill & Co. and Cain Brothers and began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
